How do I pay for my subscription?

Millie’s Mailbox has online payments available on this website, using a paypal account set up for your convenience.  You are able to pay via paypal, credit card or debit card.

When will my child receive their first letter?

Millie drops the letters to the post office on the first day of the month following your payment to Millie’s Mailbox.  Depending on your location the time the mail takes to arrive to your letter box will vary.

What sort of things do you post?

Every month I send a letter, activity and a small gift/toy.  The mail is in a business sized envelope so everything needs to be small and/or flat to fit.  I often send personalised activity sheets that will incorporate the child’s name.  I also send each child a birthday card during their birthday month.  For a better idea of the things I have been posting check out my products page

How long does a subscription last?

Each Millie’s Mailbox subscription is for a full year.  Once subscribed, a child will receive 12 mail outs including one with a birthday card for them when their birthday month arrives.

Can I do a trial?

If you are not a current Millie’s Mailbox subscriber you can have one free letter posted to a child.  Please email me to request a trial at milliesmailbox123@gmail.com.   But be warned, it is a bit cruel to only give them just one piece of fun mail.

How do I change my address details?

Just contact me with your child/ren’s name and your new address details and I will update my records.  I can be contacted via PM on Facebook, send me a message via my website, email me at milliesmailbox123@gmail.com or feel free to write me a letter Image result for laugh emoji(PO BOX 322, Strathdale,   VIC,   3550)

Can I get a refund?

Of course!  If you are not fully satisfied, or your child does not love their mail (which I sincerely doubt), you can get a refund.  Simply contact me to organise it all at milliesmailbox123@gmail.com.
